Meet Our Team

Dr. Steven Rabedeaux is an Iowa native who has practiced dentistry for more than 38 years. He received his BS from the University of Iowa in 1980. In 1984, he completed his DDS at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. His father began The Dental Practice in 1957, and he practiced with him until 1991.

Dr. Rabedeaux earned a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2007. This is a distinction only 1.5% of dentists in North America earn. He is currently working on the Life Long Service Recognition award, the highest honor in the Academy.
He enjoys snow skiing and scuba diving.
Dr. Rabedeaux and his wife, Cindy, have been married for 38 years. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.

Dr. Montgomery has been with The Dental Practice since June 2023. She grew up in Northeast Iowa. She attended Loras College in Dubuque earning her BS.  She earned her DDS from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Montgomery is an avid learner, always seeking knowledge and new skills. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her husband.
